8 More Spots Open in Spring Break Camp

Spring Break Camp for DC and Montgomery County Public Schools runs from March 29th through April 2nd. This year, we're going back to Harpers Ferry for our overnight camping trip. We've had to switch the cabin site from PATC's Blackburn Trail Center to get a little closer to Harpers Ferry. This year, we're staying right in the middle of Civil War country and camping at the Harpers Ferry/Civil War Battlefield KOA. We're getting excited!

You will need a good sleeping bag and ground pad, change of clothes, water bottle, and good shoes for the trip. We've got about five extra sleeping bags, if you don't have one - let us know right away.

We're Starting a Waiting List for Battle Week Camp

We're going to have to start a waiting list for Battle Week as the camp is now full. As we're still only in March, it is possible that someone might have a change of plans. If you are interested in Battle Week, give Matt a call at 202.758-3377 and we'll add you to the waiting list.

Horace Mann Elementary's 2010 Online Fundraising Auction is Over

The Horace Mann Elementary School auction is their biggest fundraising event and proceeds go directly towards providing teaching assistants in classrooms, the science program, art room supplies and professional development. The auction ran until Tuesday, March 2 and this year all restaurants, spas, camps and other fantastic donations were online. Outdoors With Friends donated a week of camp in support of this great school.

MRM Program is now on Saturdays

Brrrr. It's cold outside! Starting February 27th, the MRM program will be moved to Saturdays. For more information on our MRM program, check out our Monthly MRM Program page.
